Cubex®, a global provider of healthcare technology and services, was looking to improve its existing medication storage cabinet with a more modern, user friendly, and branded next generation design. The company turned to ATOM Innovation’s STREAM Research to conduct primary and secondary research to improve the user experience and create a more versatile and ergonomic solution.

The initial research included an audit of about 70 existing installs to understand installation environments, applications, and challenges. Interviews were then conducted for feedback on SEED concepts with veterinary professionals, product installers, and IT support. The research identified a number of problems with the existing storage solution.
